TRANSPORTATION COST IS NOT INCLUDED AND IS ARRANGED AFTER CONSULTATION.

The goods travel on behalf of and at the responsibility of the customer. Our store is not responsible for any damage that will be caused during transport.

* According to IATA international standards, a bulky object is defined as any object whose volumetric weight is greater than the actual one. Then you are charged based on the volumetric weight of the package. The volumetric weight is given by the formula: (Length * Height * Width) / 5000 where the dimensions are calculated in centimeters.

Collection from the Store

You can pick up your order from our store, without any additional shipping costs.

One of our partners will contact you and inform you about its receipt.

CHANGE & RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Aiming on your best possible service, our store gives you the opportunity to change or return the product you bought from our online store within twenty (15) calendar days from the day of invoicing. The time period is calculated between the day of invoicing to the customer and the day of arrival of the returned product at the store.

The product should not have been used. In addition, its packaging must not have been opened, worn or damaged. The product should be accompanied by all the contents of the package, such as accessories, manuals and more. Upon receipt of the returned product, the store will check its condition and packaging. If all the terms and conditions are met, she will give her approval to complete the process.

The product must be accompanied by the relevant purchase document which proves the transaction (Retail Receipt or Delivery Note).

The product must be delivered to the premises of our store. The shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the buyer. Exclude the case where the product is returned due to sending an error or defective product from our store. Our store has special agreements with transport and courier companies and upon request we can arrange the receipt of the product from your place with very low charges.

The store reserves the right not to accept product returns if it has not been notified first.

Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted.
